The resort includes a guesthouse, a sauna house with a terrace and large pond, a traditional barn-style summer house, an outdoor terrace, parking facilities, a multi-purpose tennis court, and a disc golf course. Accommodation is available for up to 35 guests, with camping options during the summer season.

Marja Holiday Resort can cater events for up to 150 guests, including weddings and camps, and offers customized menus. As a traditional Estonian resort, guests can enjoy two types of saunas, including a pond or ice-hole experience, as well as authentic Mulgi regional cuisine for special lunches or dinners.
